Double Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

-non stick flour spray

-1 cup granulated sugar

-2 large grade A eggs

-1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

-1/2 cup all-purpose flour

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

GLAZE:

– 3 TBSP. UNSALTED BUTTER, MELTED

-1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

-3 TBSP. UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

-1 cup confectioner’s sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1) Pre heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit. 2) Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour in a large mixing bowl. One by one, insert an egg into the bowl, beating it well after each time. Slowly pour in vanilla. Now add in the melted butter to the mixture. Beat mixture once more to get all the ingredients in there. Set aside. 3) Now start your brownie glaze. Start by getting another bowl, and stirring in the cocoa and powdered sugar. Slowly add in the vanilla and and melted butter. Mix. Set aside. 4) Now, get your bowl with the brownie mixture in it. Use your non stick spray and spray your pan. Carefully pour your mixture into the pan. Put it in the pre heated oven for 16 – 17 minutes ( 17 works best ), or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. When done baking, take out and let it cool for 3 minutes. 5) Now take your glaze back out. For this one you have to act quick! While your brownies are still warm, quickly and carefully spread out your glaze onto the top of your cooked brownies. Let it cool for about 2 more minutes or until cool, and serve. Enjoy!
